As always, we encourage you to book a reservation so your wait is limited - our patio is now open, weather permitting. We are excited to serve you this summer season!

Dining Guidelines & Attire Standards

We strongly recommend reservations.
Please be aware that reservations are for 2 hours.
All reservations may be booked on our partner app Resy (by clicking 'Reservations' above) or by calling the bistro Wednesday-Sunday between 3 pm & 8 pm.
(We are closed Monday & Tuesday)
Please note; that we can not always seat our whole dining room due to staffing issues.
If you visit us without a reservation, we will do our best to seat you. We ask for your patience on behalf of our staff and understand that we're doing our absolute best to accommodate everyone.
For the courtesy of all diners, we do not allow electronic devices in the bistro without headphones.
We offer Take-out when possible between 4 - 6. Due to staffing shortages, we are not always able to offer Take-out.
Attire Standards - Guest attire can elevate or diminish the experience of others. We consider hats, tank tops, flip flops, & swimsuits too casual for our restaurant.
We hope that once you are seated, you will feel transported to a traditional meal with family and friends, knowing our staff is doing everything to make your visit exceptional.

Dining with us in 2023
We continue to ask for the contact information of one guest in your party in the event of Covid exposure for contact tracing.
Our restaurant is not intended for large groups.
The majority of our tables can accommodate up to 4 people. we have limited tables available that can seat 8 people.
Tables are difficult to combine and split parties will likely not be seated adjacent to one another. We do our best to accommodate everyone.
We ask that you respect the time limits given to all diners so that we can seat all our guests in a timely manner. Out of consideration for other guests who are waiting we may ask for your table if a significant amount of time has passed.
If you do have questions, please speak with one of our servers or hosts and they will be happy to assist you.

AUTHENTIC FROM SOURCE TO FORK
There are few pleasures greater than dining in a family-owned and operated restaurant, and one of those is when they know how to source beautiful foods that come together to make even more beautiful flavors.
Whether you are coming with family and friends, or want something to bring home, you'll be given the same true quality of ingredients that have made Vito Marcello's a real namesake in Italian Cuisine.
VITO MARCELLO III
Vito’s passion for creating Italian regional favorites begins with using the finest ingredients available, even if that means importing them direct from Italy, creating an authentic Italian experience.
Recently recognized as Restaurateur of the Year by the N.H. Lodging & Restaurant Association, his roots are steeped in a love of food. His grandfather, the first Vito, started his culinary career in the 1920’s in New York City’s Little Italy and then opened the first Marcello’s Family Restaurant in Cranston, RI.
Chef Vito welcomes you to experience true authentic Italian, right in the heart of North, Conway, NH.
