Dining at the Bistro

Chef Vito and our team at the bistro welcome you back after our annual fall break to serve you for this winter season! 


Due to limited staffing, we will be offering reservation only seating at the bistro. All reservations may be booked on our partner app Resy (by clicking 'Reservations' above) or by calling the bistro Wednesday-Sunday. If you happen to visit us without a reservation, please understand that we will do our best to seat you, but sometimes that will not possible. We hate that it's come to this, but all we ask on behalf of our staff who is giving their best possible efforts, is to be patient and understanding that we're doing our absolute best to accommodate everyone.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we ask that only 1 party at a time enter the bistro, if you have to wait for your table we ask that you wait outside and you will be notified by our host when your table is ready.

We are no longer requiring customers and staff to wear masks at the bistro, however, masks are strongly encouraged if you are not fully vaccinated. So that we may account for the safety of our staff and guests dining with us during your visit.

We do not allow electronic devices in the bistro without headphones for the courtesy of all diners.

We hope once you are seated you will feel transported to a traditional meal with family and friends, knowing our staff is doing everything we can to keep you safe.

Dining with us in 2021

Our Restaurant has been set up to keep to New Hampshire state laws and CDC recommendations. We will continue to ask for contact information of one guest in your party in the event of an outbreak for contact tracing.

Our restaurant is not intended for large groups.

Most of our tables can accommodate 4 to 6 people, we have limited tables available that can seat 8 people.


Tables are difficult to combine, and split parties will likely not be seated adjacent to one another. We do our best to accommodate everyone. 

We ask that you respect the time limits given to all diners so that we can seat as many people as possible.

Out of consideration for other guests who are waiting, we may ask for your table if a significant amount of time has passed. We will never make this request short of 90 minutes after you are seated.

If you do have questions, please speak with one of our servers or hosts/hostesses and they will be happy to assist you.

Vito’s passion for creating Italian regional favorites begins with using the finest ingredients available, even if that means importing them direct from Italy, creating an authentic Italian experience.

Recently recognized as Restaurateur of the Year by the N.H. Lodging & Restaurant Association, his roots are steeped in a love of food. His grandfather, the first Vito, started his culinary career in the 1920’s in New York City’s Little Italy and then opened the first Marcello’s Family Restaurant in Cranston, RI.
